Human Resources Manager - Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
The HR Manager responsible to manage all HR Spectrum such as recruitment, training & development, compensation and benefit, HRIS in Palm Oil Plantation.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): preferably manager specializing in law/human resources or equivalent,
- have strong knowledge in hr area especially for palm oil plantation
- takes initiative with strong leadership and managerial skill, able to work effectively both independently and within a team
- must be willing to work in Samarinda - Kalimantan Timur.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
